6th edition of the SDG summit, largest climate change forum

Climate change is one of the most pressing global challenges of our time. It is a problem that threatens our planet’s ecosystems and the very survival of mankind. It is the fact that global temperatures rose about 1.98OF (1.1oC) from 1901 to 2020 and are set to rise by 1.5 degrees Celsius in the not-to-distant future. It is understood that despite this increase in temperature, there are other challenges like sea-level rise, changes in weather patterns like drought and flooding and much more.

Building on this legacy of excellence, this year’s edition of the summit is poised to continue its tradition of fostering innovation and addressing critical challenges on the central theme of Driven with purpose and profit – Climate Action & Creating Impact, which underscores the importance of adaptability and forward-thinking strategies in today’s dynamic business landscape to bring change and create impact.

The upcoming 6^th edition of the SDG summit aims to transform the world by changing ideas to solutions. It focusses on assisting businesses towards more environment friendly practices by tracking and reducing emissions. The summit will convene leaders from government, business, international organizations, and civil society along with a diverse group of experts and innovators to initiate, accelerate and scale-up entrepreneurial solutions to tackle climate change and advance sustainable development.
